The Bravest Thing
How does it feel to own your story and love yourself through it? First, you must discover your story. May you do so with surprise and amazement! kas

No One Belongs Here More Than You
"To protect our wild heart against constant evaluation, especially our own." This is the main take away for me. May we find the courage to live the truth about who we are in our hearts. KAS

Blood Over Ink
A bit on the grim side, perhaps, but definitely food for thought. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. KAS
Here's another for some balance.
“My eyes were closed and I was almost asleep when I said, Tell me. You think there are still good people in the world?
Oh, yes, he said. Billions. It’s just that the bad ones make so much more noise.” —Lauren Groff

Stitched Together
Ok, I must change that to midday conversations unless you consider 5am "late-night." Otherwise, this holds true for me with some additions to the stitching like the trees I've planted and seeds I've scattered. It pleases me to have them as pieces of me. KAS

That doesn't make it one bit easier but it is empowering. Change is possible. Start close in, trust yourself, expect setbacks, start over again and again. You've got this! KAS
