I have found this to be true. After many reruns of unpleasant situations, it's sobering and refreshing to realize if any change is going to happen, it's up to me. That doesn't make it one bit easier but it is empowering. Change is possible. Start close in, trust yourself, expect setbacks, start over again and again. You've got this! KAS
