I am enchanted by the idea
that doubt and fear can be
rearranged for transformation.
My life long habitual response
has been to avoid, dismiss, and deny.
Now I can accept and redesign the energy
to something optimistic and positive.
I delight in thoughts that inspire me
to see things in a more constructive way.
