Here's a thought to carry through my days.
There are many moments when it would be
serving humanity better for me to act accordingly.
Too often, my thoughts and behavior
have a less than ideal impact on me and the world.
Everything single thing makes a ripple.
May my ripples be nourishing and uplifting.
