To recognize the "small victories"
contribute to significant change
in ourselves and in our world.

is a victory...
repeat, repeat, repeat
and you have a garment.
Each breath,
each thought,
each shift of perspective,
each softening of armor,
repeat, repeat, repeat;
and you have a better life,
a better neighborhood,
a better world.
