Change is possible though!  In yourself.  Don't ever give up.  Shift your thoughts whenever you can and little by little you will see, change happens.  Thoughts matter!  KAS

Charity isn't Justice

It seems important to contemplate this worthwhile distinction.  True justice reduces neediness, yet, there I times, I think when justice is about providing for those in need.  KAS

Measuring Up

My default is to figure out how to "fit in" (measure up).  Turning my attention to letting others know they are perfectly fine just as they are is a way to dismantle that automatic way of being.  KAS

Grief and Gratitude

I like this recipe for balance and wholeheartedness.  Being authentic means carrying both sorrow and joy, always leaning toward joy but not without the truth of grief blended in.  KAS
