How's this for taking responsibility
for our own care and well-being?

Right now, it feels like that person--me,
needs millions upon millions of other "me's"
to help bring this world into proper alignment.
If each one of us takes this message seriously,
I sincerely believe, our world will be vastly improved.
May this be the beginning of a massive murmuration.
